A drawing around the hand with fingers apart. Wherever possible it is best to supply the original drawing, but if sending by email, place a tape measure on the drawing. This should be a scan and not a photo.
A measurement taken around the knuckles. hand flat and fingers together. I prefer an actual measurement rather than a glove size.
Wrist measurement.
For gauntlet style gloves: Length of cuff from wrist.
Width of cuff at widest point.
For long gloves: Measurement around elbow, arm straight.
Measurement around upper arm where glove is to finish.
